Paramount+ issue

I have already set up the access to paramount+ app and it worked fine. I went to access it today and the welcome screen confirmed my email account was visible. The box saying sign in with sky account was highlighted but when I pressed the button nothing happened. I could move down to the sign in with another account box and that selected ok, but I dont have another account so went back to log in with sky account but it still didn't register that I was pressing the ok button.

Thanks. I can see the chat bubble, but no invite. Do I just need to wait

It wont let type anything in. When I press ok, it does not register that it is being pressed. If I go to the "use another account" option, it will allow me to select it, but wants a different account which I don't have.
