Paramount dropping out

Every day/evening when watching Paramount the screen goes black and I have to go back to Sky and then back into Parmount. This has happened numerous times and I'm fed up with it.

also Paramount has endless adverts for the shows that are available or coming on. I can see that on the Home Screen!

Additionally my subscription states add free so what is happening there?

This is actually more common than just one post. 

It happens to me watching Disney+. So, it seems like it's a apps on Sky Q issue. I've seen a few more people having this issue too.
