Unable to view netlix via fire stick

This was previously working.

Have tried turning on and off several times...no result.

Can still watch sky channels

Could this be the answer to your problem?

"Netflix is ending support for first-generation Amazon Fire TV devices, including the Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, and Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote, starting June 3, 2025. This means these devices will no longer be able to stream Netflix content. The devices will still function, but without access to Netflix."
