Paramount + cant watch

Is anyone else still having ongoing issues and can't watch paramount plus. Been ongoing for over 5 months now. Inbetween everything in German, renewal in progress and can't watch as don't have a package nothing has been resolved. 

I have sky cinema, tried numerous roboots and reinstalled app as discussed over the phone but nothing has changed. I have attached photos of some of the screens. Hopefully someone reads and can help. Very frustrated and angry now!
