Paramount+ Activation issue

I've got Sky Cinema and am trying to add Paramount+. I've added the app and am trying to follow the instructions to activate my Paramount+ account but keep getting an error that I've tried to visit the page too quickly. 

it's happening when I've opened the app and clicked on 'Get Paramount+'. This brings up the QR code to scan which should take me to the page to create my account but this is all I'm getting. I've tried manually navigating to the sky.com/paramountplus-activate page too but get the same issue. 

I've spoken to Sky over the phone who said I needed to contact Paramount so have done that and they're telling me to contact Sky. 

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi I to had same issue with paramount + and discovery + made a complaint to sky and after a lot of time on the phone sky told me they can't get me those channels and offed to cancel without any changes having a lot of problems getting broadband now 

It's because they didn't close old account from 10 years ago when I moved
