Everywhere is advertising The Curse of Oak Island Series 12 is supSKY HIstory from early November. Why can I not view this?

it seems the 12th Novemer is the release date from the History Channel in the USA.

currently checking on my sky q, only season 9, 10, and 11 are available on sky.

usually it has seemed that the new seasons of Curse of Oak Island have been on early in January here. but there is no confirmed date that i can see for Sky.
