Message to Ted at Sky Sports Fi

Can Ted ask James Vowles the following:

The FIA set a precedent in fining Carlos Sainz $10,000 for being 5 seconds late for the anthem in Japan - $2,000 per second.

Can you confirm that, in the interest of fair play, you will be charging the FIA for being late in announcing the track limits decision for Nico Hulkenberg in Bahrain (which cost Williams so dearly). By my calculation 45 minutes (at $2,000 per second ) equates to $5.4m

This should help fund some extra upgrades this season.

If Williams have not already thought of this, I would expect a reasonable commission (say 10%) for my assistance.
