Why has NowTv got more choice than Sky Stream, I was checking programs and see Now has a full catalogue of Warehouse 13 (As an example) Sky stream full series only 3,4 and 5 with a uple of other episodes!

FYI, Sky Go is for satellite users and not Sky Glass/Stream users all 3 services/platforms will have differet contracts with the rights holders

Sky Go also works for Stream customers. I'm a Stream subscriber and get all seasons coming up on the Sky Go iOS app.

Go works for Glass/Stream subscribers as a standalone streaming app but currently has no crossover at all with the Glass/Stream platform: it's always in 'away from home' mode even when used at the subscription address* and has no access to the Playlist or other platform features.
* so no BBC channels are listed in the Program Guide

Did you just make that up and hoped it stuck?
Sky don't negotiate rights on a per platform basis...
To the OP @jimsmith30 try rebooting your device because all 5 seasons should be available. If they're not, it's nothing to do with rights and will be an issue at Sky server side.
