Not accessing free netflix

I pay a subscription for my daughter at a different address and Netflix keeps telling me l am using the other accyinstead of going into my free account

Is your household account a free Sky account that you have activated and is billed by Sky?

As the free Sky account does not allow you to use a secondary account for another household.

You may need to contact Netflix to address which account is being used.
