Not able to access football highlights anymore

When I try to watch the goals and shortmatch highligts, the screen turns black and says Unsupported location, and underneath that is written ,The video you are tryingbto watch cannot be viewed from your current country or location. Well I have not changed country, and up to a few weeks ago, I could check the highlights. Has anyone had the same problem? and if so, is there an answer someone could help me wityh.

@Innocenti100  Which TV Box do you have? Sky+HD, Sky Q? or Sky stream?

Thanks for the replies, however I ACTUALLY  spoke to a real, live person at Sky, I know , very patient, anyway my vpn was inadvertently switched to Stockholm on my malware bytes anti virus, no idea how?? Anyway job sorted .
