What Sky service are you on?
Sky+, SkyQ, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?
Is there a message on screen?

if you have received a new viewing card please insert it now.
i was advised that your engineer would not be available to install a new box until the 2nd of April..
help.

Is this message appearing on a Sky+ box and if so did you order and then cancel an order for Sky Q ?

If you're in the UK, the post immediately above yours, marked as the answer applies to you too.
edit- One of your many other posts suggest you're in the ROI. No such automatic compensation scheme applies there. It's also only for broadband and talk and not TV services.

You will need to contact Sky to set up your Sky Viewing Card.
