Hi there, Sky Q and Sky Glass/Stream do not use aspect ratio (as a setting).

I'm assuming this is the aspect ratio on your TV. As an example; if I watch the Simpsons on Channel 4+1, especially the older episodes, I see that the aspect ratio is 4:3 (standard SD) stretched to 16:9 (widescreen). If I want to watch the Simpsons in 4:3, I use the settings on my TV remote to change it, which is different to the Sky remote. 

Please refer to your TV remote (i.e. the remote your TV came with, not your Sky remote), its manufactor's website and manual.

Please note: this is not a Sky issue.
