Re: No ads
@Angie1948 Your post has been moved from the Sky Go Board as ITV-X is unrelated to the Sky Go App
Sky go also doesn't support ITV-X so which platform are you seeing thsi issue on? Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV (Satellites 28E,19E & 13E), Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, Sky 1Gig FTTP Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

hi @Angie1948
Are you fully signed in ?
Can you access the Premium only content (such as Britbox titles) ?
Do bear in mind that 'Live' TV will always contain adverts

Just for clarification,
ITVX will still show adverts on Live TV. It's only on-demand/streaming content that has no ads. Additionally, promotional content may still be shown between shows, but one can skip these. It's the same for Channel 4+.
