I eventually telephoned a Sky retail shop in Brighton.

Finally speaking to a human being.  He was superb and helped me with

a telephone number, which directed me to a 'human' voice who solved the problem

in a minute or two.

If ever therei s a case for a simple human voice this was it.

Otherwise I would not have the problem solved
