Discussion topic: No access to Disney

I have Disney as part of my package but when I click on app it asks me to sign in. Account shows that Disney is part of package but I don't seem to able to access it. Nowhere to click !

@Marie38 You need to activate your free entitlement it's not automatic follow the steps on the link below

Thank you. I didn't realise it had to be activated. I ended up ringing Disney in the end as there was an error in the set up of the account at their end why was why I could not access it. All sorted now.
