I have just received my new tv boxes as a new customer.

can I use them straight away or do I have to wait until MySky internet is connected.

do I have sky glass?

As customers we have no idea what you've ordered. 

If you have ordered Sky Glass a TV will be delivered.

If you have ordered Sky Q an engineer will bring the Sky Q box and any mini boxes you've ordered. 

Therefore it's possible you've ordered Stream and the puck(s) have arrived.

If it's Sky Stream you've ordered and you currently have broadband with a different supplier then yes, you can still set up and use the Stream pucks before you switch to Sky Broadband. Sky Stream will (or rather should) work with any broadband provider.
