I do not know how I can explain my problem more clearly

I am unable to use Paramount+ on my Sky

We have been customers of Sky for 22 years

I have tried to access Paramount+ before and the person at Sky couldnt help either

Which SKY system do you have - SKY +/HD, SKY Q, SKY Stream or SKY Glass

Are you expecting Paramount + due to having SKY Cinema or did you pay via SKY Marketplace ?

What error messages or problems are you getting and at which point of trying to access it ?

I am also having the exact same problem with the same error message.  ERROR 3304 when I try to watch Paramount+ on Sky.  I have a Sky Q box and that is all I have, with a SONY TV.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Also, a different issue, Amazon Prime is not playing either through my Sky Q box.  It stopped in October 2025.  It loads up, but as soon as I press Play, it comes up with the error message 'something went wrong'.  2 x platforms not working on my Sky Q box.   Help!!!  Frustrated of Hampshire.

That error is often a generic code for connection issues to Paramount + servers.

 

Firsly restart your Sky Q box and restart your broadband router/ hub.

Then try an apps refresh on your Sky Q box;

 

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings.
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu.
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing - we recommend waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Note: The app refresh can take a while to complete fully, so leave it to do its stuff for a good few hours before trying the app again.
