Netflix is not included in the Signature Package - it is often bundled with it but not always - even when bundled it appears as a separate billing entry - Sky Ultimate add on

Edit : BTW On SKY Glass/Stream there is the Ultimate TV Subscription that is roughly the equivalent of Netflix + SIgnature

The bundled tier on Sky hardware is 'Standard with Adverts' : Netflix Basic hasn't existed for a couple of years..

As @nigea99 indicates, Signature pre-dates the Sky deal with Netflix.
