Which Sky hardware are you using?  Q/Stream/Glass?

Have you tried fully rebooting the device?

Have you tried the 'Reload Netflix' option from the get help menu on the Netflix app?

That error is around a cache issue as far as we can tell on a few occasions before.

Try restarting your Sky TV device.

Plus within the Netflix app, select the get help menu and do a Reload Netflix.

This may log you out, so you will need to log back into Netflix.

Some other things to try;

A restart of your broadband router/hub.

An apps refresh as described here;

Sky Q:

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings.
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu.
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing - we recommend waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Sky Glass or Stream:

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
  2. Press System management, then Resets and updates, and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

Seems that's what Netflix say also according to their help page here.
