Netflix

Hi im trying to access netflix on my bedroom TV but dont know how to do this, my login details dont seem to work, Please advise what I need to do Regards Joanna Carr

Which Sky TV service do you have, Sky Q or Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream?

Is Netflix running ok on another Sky Q or Sky Glass TV, Sky Stream Puck (depending on what Sky TV service you have)?

 

Or are you trying to use Netflix using the Smart TV app on the bedroom TV, rather than via the Netflix app on a Sky box connected to the bedroom TV?

Hi yes it works downstairs where my sky box is, I have the basic bundle where netflix is included upto 2 devices. Sky essential TV i think
