Netflix select gender screen

Has anyone had any trouble with the select gender screen on the Netflix app not working? Unable to highlight or select anything.

Netflix gender screen issue

Added date of birth & moved to gender screen & wont let me add gender to move on!! What's the fix please

Perhaps try logging in on a PC or phone app and updating your details there. Then go back to the app on SkyQ
