Netflix not working

Hi, I have spent hours on the phone. Netflix on my sky stream has been logged into by someone with an account that doesn't belong to me. Im unable to recover any passwords etc so can't log into netflix on any other device (which we pay for and have been paying since November!) I have spoken to netflix and they can't help because I can't confirm who I am through the email address and for some reason sky can't seem to do the account takeover! Ive advised the account is not mine and just need my email address that I use linked to the account I've so far spoken to four different people and nobody has helped! Other than cancelling my whole package what can I do?!
