Netflix in Spanish

When I log onto Netflix it appears as though it's a new account even though I have had if a few years and the home page is in Spanish with the user boxes page - spoke to Sky over a week ago who said it would be fixed - ang ideas

Previous similar posts on the forum has suggested your Netflix account has been hacked and the course of action needed is for you to contact Netflix directly.
