When trying to open a Netflix programme, Netflix freezes.

What Sky Box are you seeing this issue on?  Sky Q or Sky Glass/Stream.

Thank you for your response.   I'm using Sky stream. Instead of using the continue viewing we have to reload Netflix a different way, but that doesn't always work.
