Netflix connection

I live alone and have two Sky boxes which include Netflix. I have just set up a new tv in my bedroom with no Sky and need to know why I have had to pay a Netflix subscription of £13

i have been all around the houses with Virtual Assistants on Netflix and Sky.

if only I had been able to talk with a real person event if it's with someone far far away from my home in the South West of England

Are you possibly paying the additional fee for Netflix Premium (ad-free in 4K)? The Sky Ultimate TV subscription only includes Netflix Standard with ads.

Are you sure you used the correct Email & password that you had used for your Netflix subscription via SKY ?
