Netflix Account - Spanish/ hacked?

My account no longer loads & password no longer works. How do I get my account back please?

Thanks everyone.  I finally managed to speak to a human being at Netflix who sorted the problem out😁.  So Alison from Spain can now do one 🤣🤣.
