My sky satellite dish signal is being blocked by a tree, can my dish be moved further along the wall where there is no obstruction?

If you have Sky Q contact Sky or an independent satellite company to arrange moving it. Sky will charge about £65 to do this. 

If you have Sky+ / Sky+HD as Sky themselves no longer support these platforms you will have to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to move it.
