What do you mean by the cut versions? There are no official extended versions of the Back to the Future trilogy.

If you are referring to the running times being shorter on Sky this is because they speed up all movies shot at 24fps to 25fps in order to make it easier to broadcast via the UK's 50Hz TV system.

If you want movies in their original frame rate at their original running time with added extras, extended cuts etc, then you are better off purchasing them on BluRay or via a streaming service such as Prime Video, Apple TV, or Rakuten.

It appears the Donner Cut has a different distributor to the original version in the UK: that kind of thing is significant when television contracts are being arranged.

As @BenJoBanjo indicates, frame rate difference is the usual reason that UK runtimes differ from  what's quoted in sources such as IMDB: famously Gone With the Wind is ten minutes 'shorter' on British television than in the US which leads people to think it's been significantly censored here.
