Missing episodes Nashville

Hello, we are on Series 3 of Nashville (via Ch.4) however episodes 5 & 7 are missing. Looking ahead, it appears this theme will continue - every odd episode missing! Can anyine advise?

I could list a host of issues with my Sky Q I've had for yrs (had several engineers out & new boxes but still ongoing multiple issues AND obviously now a price increase to £106, its now not fit for purpose!) so will keep it just to the missing episodes for now..!

Hi there, 

I have also noticed that Nashville Season 4 has episodes 2 and 16 missing from the Sky Box Set.

Is there any reason why this is happening? Just to add, the episodes are on the All Four app, so I have downloaded them seperately onto my phone to cast when I get to that season, but it shouldn't have to be done this way.

Unfortunately you are only talking to other customers here.

The viewer relations may be able to help. Sky only can put on the content from which Channel 4 make available to sky to upload to their platforms

Thanks for your response, it just seems very strange to have every season and every episode bar 2, which are available on All Four if you go via their app.

Will see if can let Sky know directly, I had thought that they monitor the forums for feedback etc.
