I was advised that I needed a 2 new sky boxes for our multi room setup by a sky representative. As the deal included Sky cinema for 12 months free of charge I agreed. Unfortunately I have lost access to any of the Sky channels and I am not due for a visit from the engineer for installation of the new boxes for 16 days I would still like to watch my usual programs until then.
