You'll find rate cards for television advertising time online: as a rough guide, in 2020 Sky were expecting a minimum spend of £15,000 to secure airtime slots (and obviously that doesn't cover the production cost of preparing material they deem acceptable to transmit).  Sky themselves are very unlikely to  even give consideration to any advertising enquiry that doesn't come from a known company or their appointed agency.
