What wire are you referring to, for anyone to help you need to provide more info.

Its the wire for the sky dish. Its come away from top of my window and front door. I have no idea how to get it back up

Is this Sky+ or Sky Q?

If it's just loose you could employ a local handyman to reattach it.
If it's affecting your viewing and you have Sky Q give Sky a call and book an engineer to fix it although after the recent storm there may be a delay.
If you have Sky+ or Sky+HD you'll need to arrange a local satellite engineer at your own expense as Sky no longer send engineers for those legacy services.

Also worth noting that the cabling (and the dish) belong to you, so although Sky may come and fix it they may also charge to do so, particularly if viewing isn't affected.
