I have tried to link an existing Netflix to my new sky package but missed a letter in the email address so it's registered as a new account. Email is incorrect so can't verify, and when I try to update it in the Netflix link page it says that email already exists (as my original Netflix account) so won't change or link.

Thanks, I've worked my way through everything there and I'm just going in circles. Now have my sky netflix and the original one, but Netflix won't let change them to the same email because it "already exists " so cant get it linked yet.
