Sky box in bedroom not connecting

The main TV is fine getting everything but the Box in the bedroon says ''no signal''I have disconnected the wires and reconnected all a few time already plus changed the two batteries in the remote

@Gerrie1 and in addition to @Annie+UK question is the message no signal or no satellite signal ?
