Hello for an hour now both RTE 1 HD and RTE 2 HD are frozen are other channels are ok. This is not the first time they have been frozen. Can someone fix them please.

There are a couple of similar reports on the Sky Q board.

Not sure what you mean by an update. You aren't reporting it to Sky Ireland on here.

Hi @Ocleirigh1  Unfortunately RTE 1 & 2 are only available in Northern Ireland.  Have a look at this LINK which shows what is and isn't available on the streaming platform.  It specifies RTE as only being available in NI.

This would suggets the issue with RTE themselves as it seems to be affecting Sky Q & Stream viewers.
