Discussion topic: I cannot get help from Netflix as my Sky Netflix account has the incorrect email address registered

I cannot get help from Netflix as my Sky Netflix account has the incorrect email address registered
I moved house and subscribed to Sky Ultimate. However, I didn't have time to register my email with the Netflix part of the package. My niece stayed to look after my dog and signed into Netflix under her family account email. I now cannot change the email registered to my account. The contact at Netflix stated that I needed a Sky Service Code - I cannot locate this? Sky helpline information states I need to sort this out with Netflix......I seem to be going in circles

According to @caesarome:
"Just logout of Netflix and then use your details to log back into it.
Open the Netflix app on the SKY Q box and scroll over to right hand side and scroll down to bottom where it says get help and click on it
Then down at button of next page click on Sign Out then sign back in with the correct details."

Also, you can try to "Refresh apps". This may or may not sign out the account.
- On your Sky Q remote, press the HOME button.
- Scroll down to SETTINGS but do not press anything.
- Press 0 0 1 SELECT to open the hidden menu.
- Scroll down to APPS and press SELECT
- On Refresh Apps press SELECT to refresh apps.
This will take about an hour.

The Sky advice is correct. If the wrong Netflix acccount has been linked to your Sky account you need Netflix to remove the link from the incorrect Netflix account ( this is done on the Netflix side).
