Iplayer pin

Hi, 

when I go on the Iplayer on my sky tv, I am been asked for a PIN number for some programs. I have a sky pin this doesn't work. I have followed the instructions to reset the pin on Iplayer using my mobile which I do and it doesn't work. Any help out there as it's so annoying. Never had an issue until a few weeks ago!

You've probably turned on parental controls somehow.

[ignore the links to Sky - that is for the on-demand BBC material].

The instructions work per instance of the iPlayer - i.e. they need to be followed on the Sky version you use, any parental controls on the mobile version will be different and not affect the Sky version.
