Which Sky System do you have?

Sky Plus (Satellite box)
Sky Q (Satellite box)
Sky Stream (Internet box)
Sky Glass (Internet TV)

What TV service do you have, Sky +, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream ?

@AndyB16 Sky won't call you in response to your post here. They don't have an easy way of establishing who you are.

@AndyB16  In what way is it "broken"?  Any meessages on Screen, Which TV box do you have? Sky+HD, SKy Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
