This is where customers helps each other so you are not talking to Sky.
What TV service do you have, Sky +, Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream ?

@AndyB16 Sky won't call you in response to your post here. They don't have an easy way of establishing who you are.
You can call them, though.

@AndyB16 In what way is it "broken"? Any meessages on Screen, Which TV box do you have? Sky+HD, SKy Q or Sky Stream?
