ITV issues

Is ITV not working as all I am getting is a black screen but all the other channels are working! Switched box and tv off but still having the same issue.

I have had this issue for about 2-3 weeks now and have tried everything even purchased a new router but also mini box upstairs keeps losing its connection and is becoming very annoying.

Sly seem to make it ever increasingly difficult to contact them and get an engineer or resolution.

What can I do ?
