@Raff3  Sky don't move aerials they only deal with satellite dishes and cables to them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's the cable outside attached to the sky dish that needs repositioning

You could engage a local independent satellite company. For Sky Q if you call Sky they'll charge about £65.
