Huge issues

I have called numerous times but still I have massive issues.

 

so my tv constantly freezes, or no sound or no picture!  No signal is another issue.

as I have reported on so many occasions I still see that I need to do a software update however I am unable to click on the link so it's now nearly 200 days overdue.

 

I have spoken to different people and yet still I get so many issues

 

i miss so many programmes

What Tv service do you have from Sky, so is it Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream ?

That sounds like a message from your TV rather than Sky. Try using your TV's original remote to respond to the message.

 

Software updates are done automatically on Sky, you do not need to manually accept them and there is no "overdue" timer.
