Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my Paramount Plus offer from Basic to Standard. The offer (free for 1 year) was from Sky ViP. I signed up directly with Paramount. I've contacted Paramount who have said, as the offer is from a third party (Sky) upgrading will be under their control. I'm not a Sky Cinema customer, so upgrading through usual channels on Sky does not apply to me. I can't see any other way to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, tried that route first, but it's only applicable if you're a Sky Cinema subscriber. There is nothing on the system that relates to the ViP offer.
If I go through the app it tells me to go to where I set the account up, which was Paramount online. There I have two options, Standard and Premium, both yearly subscriptions. The issue there is the promotional code is not transferable so I'd lose my offer and end up paying full price for a yearly contract.
Looks like I'll have to get intouch with Sky, hoping they can do some magic somewhere.

Ah, as it was a VIP 'perk' then you probably can't upgrade it to the ad-free version. Give them a ring to check, but I suspect it's 'free with ads' or nothing.
