Scroll to Catch-up TV
Press SELECT (blue circle centre button with white dot)
Content on a catch-up service may be reduced, with broadcaster's preferring to use thier respective apps (e.g. BBC iPlayer, RTÉ Player, etc.)

Scroll down to Apps
Press SELECT
On Sky Glass/Sky Stream:
Press the green HOME button (the button above the blue microphone)
Scroll down to "Channels"
Press SELECT (middle circle button) Notes: - On-demand content will be here, split into channel categories. - Some content will be available via an app instead.
