Having trouble getting onto my multi room

I have sky multi room but it keeps saying I need to pay 5.99 to get this

What are you doing when you see this message, are you trying to watch your Sky Q recordings on the Sky Go app or are you trying to watch something on your Sky Q mini box ?

@Henrygeorge7  It woukd help if you answered @caesarome  post rather than repeating your issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As this doesn't appear to be anything to do with Sky Go I have moved yoiur post.

 

Are you saying you can not access Netflix on a second TV ?
