Has anyone out there actually managed to subscribe to Paramount + free via Netflix?

I have Linked my Netflix a/c with Paramount+ but all I get is to input my Paramount details which I havent got, even though I received a 5 digit passcode to Enter, then it again asks for the Paramount+ email address and password, I despair

@Do+Do+Do  You need a sky cinema subscription not a Netflix subscription to get free paramount plus 

 

so do you have sky cinema subscription?

Did you go to this link to activate it:

 

 sky.com/paramountplus-activate.

 

Then find the app on your Q box to sign into it ?

I did indeed, but Every time I do this there is not a Paramount Email and a new password shown, merely my own.
