I want to watch HBO Max on Sky. Sky tells me I'm signed in but HBO doesn't recognise my email. What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

I've tried but it tells me I need to pay for it. If it's supposed to be included then I'm not paying any extra.

@Louizzy Which Sky TV subscription do you have? Its worth noting HBO Max isn't included in all subscriptions:

You can get HBO Max if you have:

• Sky Ultimate TV on Sky Glass or Sky Stream
• Sky Signature or Sky Entertainment on Sky Q

Sky+ customers can’t get the app, but they’ll see still HBO shows on Sky on demand.

The app isn’t available to TV Essentials (Sky Q), Essential TV (Glass or Stream) or Sky Basics customer. Sky Glass/Stream customers with Essential TV can buy a HBO Max subscription on Sky Marketplace.
