Frozen

Only up and running a few hours and the tv keeps freezing and nextflix won't work I Dnt want to be sorry I switched plz advise

You don't know what service you recently subscribed to?

Sky Q, through a satellite feed from a dish, Stream via the internet or Sky Glass?
