Faulty dish

My satellite dish is faulty and it is stopping me from accessing certain channels which is very annoying

Which Sky System do you have?

Just to note that it could also be the LNB, cabling or your box that is causing the issue.

Still need to know what Box you have though.

Of course, but with the usage of Sky+HD devices dwindling, it is very likely they are using Sky Q. I'd rather provide an answer to the majority then the minority. Also, the link will just state that the customer needs to get in contact with Sky if they are still using Sky+HD. If they are using Sky+ (SD), support is no longer available, but this applies to less than 1% of Sky customers.  I'm not sure if support for Sky+HD is still available.

Although it's much better to provide an accurate answer for the OP, which is why we always ask which Sky TV system the customer is using, if they don't mention it in the post or post it in the correct part of the forum. 

 

I would expect that if people had similar issues/questions to the one asked, their first port of call would be to the correct board for their Sky TV service rather than reading a post on the What's On board.

I find it astonishing that so many customers don't actually know which Sky TV service they have....
