If you are running an EETV box then you need to contact EETV, not Sky.

@maryhope  Sky are not responsible for a EE TV box, that would be EE who you pay, have you tried contacting EE?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do you mean you are using Sky Stream with purchasing it via EE.
